The agency accepts most private insurance and HMO’s as long as the physician has approved the need for home health care services. Additionally we accept Medicare and Medi-Cal for payment. Please email or call for specific insurance information.
- What geographical areas does the agency cover?
Our areas include the greater Los Angeles area, South Bay and the Westside. Please feel free to email us so that we may fax over a copy of our zip code list.
- Does your agency have specialized nursing care?
Yes, we have Registered Nurses’ who specialize in Enterostomal/wound care therapy, diabetic teachings, wound VAC therapy and PICC line/ IV infusion therapy.
- What are the directions to the home office?
From the 405 North and South and from the 110 take the 105 North to the Sepulveda exit. Once on Sepulveda turn left on Grand Avenue. Turn Left at the first driveway, which is our parking lot.
- Do you provide respite/companion and 24 hour live-in care?

- What is the cost for a skilled nurse, or home health aide if I do not have any insurance coverage?

- How much time will the nurse spend with the patient?
Typically, the skilled nurse visits lasts about an hour. However, each patient has different medical requirements, therefore, our time with each patient is based upon their individual needs. We do not leave patients’ home until we have done a complete assessment and have provided educational tools to help the patient in between visits.
- How often will the skilled professional be coming to my home?
Each patients’ frequency is based upon their health requirements and needs. After the initial evaluation, the RN will be able to provide you with your own personalized frequency.
